Job Description Summary
Registered Nurse provides nursing care in accordance with the client's Plan of Care which includes performing comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations, monitoring client’s condition, promoting sound health and preventive practices, and coordinating services, educational/training activities, and direct nursing.

Responsibilities- Patient Assessment:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, mental, and emotional health, including vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and disease management. - Care Planning:
Develop individualized care plans that address patients' specific needs and goals, including medication administration, wound care, and disease management. - Patient
Education:
Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques to promote independence and improve health outcomes. - Clinical Interventions:
Provide direct patient care, including wound care, medication administration, injections, and IV therapy. - Collaboration:
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. - Documentation:
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress notes. - Compliance:
Adhere to all relevant regulatory standards, including HIPAA and Medicare regulations.
- Licensure:
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida. - Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility. - Skills:
Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a patient-centered approach to care. - Professionalism:
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to providing high-quality care. - Transportation:
Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
