$14.00 to $17.00 per hour

Our retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $3.69 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. A Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. The associate greets, engages, and interacts with customers in a positive and professional manner to process sales, loans, and other transactions, handling a wide variety of merchandise including tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

The Full‑Time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate position offers an hourly wage, plus employees earn commission based on productivity. Actual pay depends on work location, qualifications, and experience.

• Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and displays merchandise.
• Processes sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicates the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, displaying respect and using effective communication tools.
• Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
• Successfully completes assigned training.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willing and able to perform tasks for extended periods, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• May be asked to assist customers outside the building or retrieve products stored in exterior storage areas.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, work with people, and be team‑oriented.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient with basic math calculations.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
• Must work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
