Fresco y Mas - - Responsibilities:
Maintain knowledge of front end operations and stay current on changes in policies and procedures to preserve department service levels.;
Oversee daily front-end operations including self-checkouts and cash handling; ensure proper opening/closing and reconciliation.;
Stock front end products and restock supplies to minimize waste and maintain low costs.;
Provide exceptional customer service: greet, assist, and thank customers, educate on self-checkouts, resolve issues per policy.;
Perform cashier and pricing duties as needed and escalate issues to management when required.
