Flow inventory Associate

Car Max, the nation's largest retailer of used vehicles, is looking for a dedicated Flow Inventory Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our vehicle inventory across our over 200 stores nationwide. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of cars within our inventory system, ensuring that each vehicle is accounted for and in its proper place from the moment it arrives until it finds a new owner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of vehicles within the inventory management system
• Coordinate the intake process of new and transferred vehicles within the lot
• Perform regular audits to ensure the accuracy of physical inventory and system records
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth transitions of vehicles to different locations
• Identify discrepancies in inventory and report to management promptly
• Assist in the implementation of loss prevention strategies and inventory control measures
• Support the setup of showroom and sales events with necessary vehicle arrangements
