In this role, you will perform concrete repair tasks, focusing on concrete lifting and soil stabilization with polyurethane. Responsibilities include site preparation, equipment handling, strategizing efficiently, completing jobs properly, assisting team members, maintaining a clean work site, and other related tasks.

Responsibilities

Problem-solve to determine suitable concrete raising techniques and strategies.

Maintain attention to detail for high-quality concrete repairs.

Perform lifting and leveling operations with specialized equipment and materials.

Maintain equipment and tools for optimal performance and safety.

Collaborate with your crew throughout all project stages for efficiency.

Communicate with clients about project progress and address concerns.

Qualifications

Experience in concrete repair, lifting, or related fields.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Humility and determination to achieve goals.

Ability to operate machinery and tools precisely.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibility, coachability, and trainability.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Compensation

$25 - $35 Hourly
