Experienced Concrete Lifting Technician

Sealtite Slabjacking and Insulation seeks an Experienced Concrete Lifting Technician to repair and level concrete surfaces for residential and light commercial customers. You'll operate slabjacking and foam injection equipment, diagnose settlement issues, and ensure precise, long-lasting results. Responsibilities include site prep, mixing and pumping materials, equipment maintenance, and accurate documentation. You'll interact with customers, explain recommended solutions, and uphold safety and quality standards while working in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete lifting and slabjacking to level and stabilize concrete slabs
• Operate and maintain slabjacking, foam injection, and related equipment
• Inspect sites to diagnose causes of concrete settlement and recommend solutions
• Prepare work areas, including drilling, setup, and cleanup after jobs
• Measure, mix, and pump materials to achieve accurate lift and alignment
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Document work performed, materials used, and site conditions
• Communicate with customers on-site, explaining processes and results
• Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job locations
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet quality and schedule expectations
