Front Desk, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Giguere Gymnastics in Leicester, MA is looking for a friendly and energetic part time Front Desk team member to be the welcoming face of our gym! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fun, active environment where you'll help families and young athletes feel right at home from the moment they walk through the door.

• 1 week night
• Saturdays
• fill in hours as needed

• Greet and check in students, parents, and visitors with a warm and professional attitude
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate staff
• Manage class registrations, enrollment, and scheduling using gym management software
• Process payments, memberships, and handle basic billing transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
• Communicate program information, upcoming events, and promotions to families
• Support administrative tasks and assist staff as needed

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with children and families
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn scheduling/registration software
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
• Availability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed
