New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN)

Staff, Ongoing; 36 hours per week, 12‑hour shift

Job :

• Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care.
• Assess, plan, and implement direct nursing care for assigned patients.
• Supervise staff to whom nursing care is appropriately delegated.

• Graduate from a state‑approved or accredited nursing school, or currently enrolled with graduation date within the next 12 months.
• Externship option available for students not yet graduate to build skills and gain hands‑on experience in specific units.
• Required:
  
  Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by law; CPR.

• Must successfully pass background check and pre‑employment health screening, including drug screen.
• Must comply with Tenet’s mandatory vaccination policy; proof of full vaccination or approved exemption required.
