Sign‑on Bonus: Up to $7,500 based on eligibility

• Provide direct clinical patient care.
• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients per shift and at the unit level.
• Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care.
• Support the CNO to ensure high‑quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
• Provide high‑quality, safe, cost‑effective, total nursing care to all patients.
• Assume responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process.
• Direct care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, and infection control, with the goal of discharging patients with optimum level of care.
• Coordinate and plan patient care within the prescribed medical regime.
• Perform and fulfill all HICS (hospital incident command system) responsibilities, assignments, tasks, and roles as directed and needed by the facility in times of emergency and/or disaster.
• Know the hospital’s emergency codes, including purpose and appropriate action for each, and adhere to hospital policies and procedures for each emergency code.
• Perform related duties as required.

• Education:
  
  Graduated from a state‑approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
• Certification:
  Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.
• CPR.
