Afterschool Club Manager

We are looking for an After school Club Manager to work with our friendly and supportive team of after school club assistants.

45.05 (inclusive of holiday entitlement)

As soon as possible. 16 March, 23 March, or 13 April 2026

You will need to:

• Have relevant experience of leading the day-to-day management and organisation of an after school club.
• Be able to build good relationships with our children, parents, carers and other school staff members
• Be flexible to demands of the role.
• Be able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity.
• Have a firm and fair approach with children from Reception to Year 6 from our Infants and Junior schools.
• Have good inter-personal skills and a calm manner
• Be either first-aid and Food Hygiene trained or willing to undertake similar training in the future which we will fund.

This is a federation post and successful candidates may be asked to work on one of our other sites in the future.
