An independent primary school in South Croydon is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join the welcoming Early Years team. This is a full‑time, permanent position, with both ASAP and January start dates available.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

• Hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (meeting DfE criteria).
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
• A warm, caring, and professional approach with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Up‑to‑date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete before starting).
