Academics are recruiting for Nursery Room Leader / Early Years Room Leader from the summer term! Hampshire Based
Roles and responsibilities- Delivering and maintaining a professional standard of care and education with high expectations of all children and colleagues.
- Inspire, motivate, and give direction to the team in order to provide the best possible care and education for the children in an environment which is inviting and challenging.
- Sharing and role modelling professional knowledge and experience in line with current thinking around child development.
- Supporting reflective practice, observations and planning in order to meet the individual needs of all children.
- Meeting statutory requirements such as safeguarding, welfare, learning & development, SEND support and record keeping and supporting the team to maintain the same high standards.
Full time - up to 40 hours
Qualified toLevel 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
