Contract:Fixed-term maternity cover, (With the possibility this could lead to a permanent role at one of our nurseries).
Hours:Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts between 7:30am and 6:00pm.
Salary:Up to £44,000 per annum + Annual salary reviews and bonus opportunities.

• Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery

• Inspire, support and develop your team

• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, care and EYFS practice

• Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues

• Support nursery occupancy and growth

• Create a positive environment where children and staff thrive

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above

• At least two years’ early years or other suitable experience

• Experience leading and motivating a nursery team

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and regulatory requirements

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A positive, professional and family-focused approach

You’ll join a supportive team with structured induction, mentoring, in-house training and ongoing career development. Many of our colleagues have been with St George’s for over 15 years.
