Bay View Childcare is seeking a flexible Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our Bay View team on a casual basis, covering shifts as needed in one of our family-style homes in Heysham or rural North Lancaster. You will support up to four young people aged 8-18 with social, emotional, and behavioural needs in a safe, nurturing environment.
You must be 21+ years old, hold a full UK driving licence, and have a Level 3 Diploma in Working with Children & Young People.
