Are you an experienced Registered Manager
- Children's Residential Home ready to take the lead in a well-established home where quality care, safeguarding and positive outcomes really matter?
This 2-bed EBD home in Leicester already has a Good Ofsted rating and is supported by an experienced provider committed to delivering high standards of care.
As Registered Manager
- Children's Residential Home, you will lead the home, develop your team and ensure children and young people receive the stability, support and care they need to thrive.
- Lead, motivate and develop the care team.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care.
- Oversee care plans, risk assessments and placement planning.
- Ensure compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
- Provide effective supervision, support and training.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and professionals.
- Monitor quality and drive continuous improvement.
- Support the home to maintain and build on its Good Ofsted rating.
- Ensure the voice and needs of each child remain at the heart of decision-making.
- Previous management experience in a children's residential setting.
- Strong safeguarding and regulatory knowledge.
- Experience supporting children and young people with EBD.
- Level 5 Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or working towards.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine commitment to improving outcomes for children.
