The Role

As General Manager, you will have full accountability for the success of Knight & Garter. You will lead the team, oversee day‑to‑day operations, protect standards and compliance, and drive strong commercial performance while ensuring an outstanding guest experience at every touchpoint. You will be hands‑on, visible in the business and confident balancing people leadership with financial and operational responsibility.

What We’re Looking For

A minimum of two years’ experience as a General Manager within hospitality, ideally in a pub or restaurant setting. A strong, people‑focused leader who builds engaged, high‑performing teams. Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets, stock, labour and profitability. Passionate about hospitality, quality and delivering genuinely memorable guest experiences.
