• Wash, clean, and sanitise pots, pans, dishes, and kitchen equipment
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks
• Refill and organise kitchen supplies, utensils, and food items
• Maintain clean floors, worktops, and storage areas at all times
• Handle waste disposal and recycling in line with safety regulations
• Ensure strict compliance with all food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Buy vitamins and supplements
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods

• Experience in hospitality (restaurant, hotel, catering) is beneficial but not essential
• Knowledge of food preparation or kitchen operations is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment
