Our ideal Hospitality Assistant will possess the following skills and values:

• Caring nature
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability to residents' needs
• Experience in catering service in a similar environment is desirable but not essential
• Delivering prepared food from the kitchen to dining areas and serving meals in a friendly manner
• Ensuring refreshments are always available
• Setting up tables, maintaining tidy work areas, and preparing food areas for the next service to uphold hygiene standards

• Experience in busy restaurant, hospitality, or catering environments is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for engaging with visitors and elderly residents
• Team player, self-motivated, proactive, and flexible
