The responsibility of the Café Supervisor is to support the Catering Manager with the day-to-day operations within thecafé and Clubhouse kitchen, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth operations, and a positive work environment.

Objectives:

• Ensure high standards of catering for all events, residentials,conferences and general café service.
• Maintain and grow The Nest catering brand to increase newand repeat business

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role withina café, restaurant, or similar food service environment

Strong customer service skills with a positive, "can-do"attitude

Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations

Ability to manage and motivate a team in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Experience with POS systems

Barista experience or knowledge of coffee preparation
