We currently have an opportunity for Hospitality Bar Staff to join our team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club.

This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2026 Football Season. You’ll work on matchdays and non‑matchdays, and if you’re a driven individual, you’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, innovative catering facility.

We are looking for outstanding customer‑focused individuals to join a world‑leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. Ideally you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a foundation and knowledge of customer service.

• £12.21 per hour
• Flexible working
• Match days and non‑match days (C&E events) – includes evening & weekend shifts

• - March 11th (2pm - 4pm OR 4:30pm - 5:30pm)
• - March 24th (2pm - 4pm OR 5pm - 6:30pm)

• - March 17th (5pm)
• - March 31st (5pm)

• Handling, preparing and ferrying alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks
• Welcoming guests and taking orders
• Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
• Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding beverage choices and related items

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Being friendly yet professional
• Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism
• Good attention to detail and punctuality
• Being proactive is key
• Previous bar work experience
• A flexible ‘can‑do’ attitude
• The ability to multi‑task within a fast‑paced environment
