As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to help us maintain high standards and drive success.

The Assistant Manager will play a key role in overseeing daily front‑of‑house operations, ensuring smooth service, and supporting the team in delivering excellent customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and a passion for hospitality. You will be responsible for managing staff schedules, handling customer feedback, and assisting with inventory and compliance, while also contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

• Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of customer service
• Manage staff schedules, coordinate team activities, and provide leadership support
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Support inventory management, stock control, and ordering processes
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety standards
• Contribute to company events and initiatives that enhance staff and customer engagement

• Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or management role
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
• Must have the right to work in the UK

We are currently considering candidates who are on Graduate Visas (Post‑Study Work) or Dependant Visas. UK visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.

• Salary: £26,553.68–£28,906.85 per year
