This residential and dementia care home will offer state‑of‑the‑art facilities, including 73 bedrooms, lounges, dining rooms, an on‑site café bar, a cinema and a professional hair and beauty salon.
The Hospitality Supervisor will ensure that high standards and high customer satisfaction are delivered at all times. They will take charge of operations within the home, ensuring residents are comfortable and happy, all areas of the home are kept clean, food is delicious, and the team is accommodating and helpful.
Required background includes hotel or catering management, budget control and purchasing, auditing of environment, food preparation and presentation. Strong communication skills when dealing with team members, residents and family members are essential.
Responsibilities
Monitor, control and manage the home’s budgets, ensuring departments use nominated suppliers.Recruit, train and manage all team members in conjunction with the General Manager, ensuring performance standards are understood and maintained.Ensure that the catering service is of the highest standards in terms of presentation and menu content, working closely with the Head Chef to achieve a quality service that is value for money.Monitor and support the dining areas at meal times, ensuring that the highest standards are met.Attend evening and weekend functions as they arise to facilitate a quality service to residents and guests.Ensure that the whole home team is appropriately trained and that customer service standards are met at all times.#J-18808-Ljbffr
