As Duty Manager, you'll take ownership of shifts, ensuring the team is organised, motivated and focused on delivering a seamless guest experience. You'll balance operational awareness with hands‑on leadership, responding quickly to challenges while maintaining high standards throughout service.

• Leading and managing shifts effectively
