Managed Hotel - Guests Service Assistant - F&B

Essential Functions:

Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction and follow up
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.

Experience needed

Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal.
Compute basic arithmetic / basic PC literature
Any experience in a Food and/or Beverage outlet is considered as an asset
Minimum years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
Certificate / Diploma / Vocational training or any other qualification in Hospitality or relevant studies, is considered as an asset.
