We are currently recruiting for a Director of Operations to join the Senior Leadership team and oversee the operational team at the Leicester Marriott Hotel.
As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the Operational departments (Engineering, Housekeeping, Front Office, Kitchen and Food & Beverage), managing and executing the hotels operational teams in order to deliver the highest standard of service possible.
Our Director of Operations will report to the Hotels General Manager, the Operational Managers will report directly into you and you will work with them to managers the operational teams.
