Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to take day-to-day responsibility for a well-established hotel in Leicester.

Working closely with and reporting into a Cluster General Manager, this is a hands-on operational role where you will take ownership of the daily running of the property, ensuring consistently high standards across the guest journey while supporting the team to deliver an efficient and commercially successful operation.

This would suit an experienced Rooms Division Manager, Front Office Manager or Operations Manager who enjoys being visible, leading from the front and taking genuine ownership of the guest experience.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the hotel, with a particular focus on Rooms, Front Office and guest experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Taking operational responsibility for the hotel on a day-to-day basis
• Leading and developing the Front Office and Rooms teams
