Here’s what your journey with us entails:
- Assist with guest requests
such as providing VIP room amenities etc. - Communicate and collaborate
with Housekeeping Supervisors to ensure smooth operations - Maintain linen and stores
in a tidy and organised manner - Stock and distribute linens
to various departments as needed - Ensure cleanliness and hygiene
in linen storage areas - Perform regular inventory checks
to ensure sufficient stock levels - Support the housekeeping team
by delivering guest requests and stocking carts - Handle heavy loads
and perform physical tasks such as lifting and transporting linens
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Support the team to reach common goals.
- Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
