Youwill report to the Housekeeping Manager, working towards serving our customer’sand providing a memorable experience for ourguests during their stay with us.
AHousekeeping Attendant
willbe responsible for:
- Ensuring all control measures set by HOD are followed all the time
- Demonstrate the ability to proactively prioritise need of the departments and effectively manage resources and time
- Be aware of housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures
- Demonstrating personal ownership of the tasks and follow through to get optimum results
- Assist with deep cleaning projects when required
- Perform turndown duties when required
- Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality service
