* About the Role:

** Based across
** Nottinghamshire**, you will be working
** 7:30am to 2:00pm, Monday to Friday**,
** 30 hours per week, 39.2 weeks per year**. As a Mobile Head of Kitchen, you will support multiple catering sites, leading kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high quality food and service standards.
** Your responsibilities will include:
*** Preparing and serving nutritious meals in line with menu specifications.
* Managing day to day kitchen operations across multiple sites.
* Supervising and supporting catering colleagues.
* Monitoring food safety, hygiene and Health and Safety requirements.
* Managing stock levels, ordering supplies and minimising waste.
* Maintaining accurate records in line with company procedures.
* Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food quality.
* Providing support and cover where required across the catering operation.
** Who are we looking for?
*** Experience working within a catering environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
