Your role in our family:- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service across conferences, weddings, banquets, private dining event and special occasions
- Create memorable guest experiences by providing friendly, professional and personalised service throughout every event
- Prepare meeting rooms and event spaces to the highest standards, ensuring every details is ready before guests arrive
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent presentation and service standards
- Work closely with colleagues across the hotel to ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling and maintaining beverage stock where required
- Take pride in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment for guests
- Support your colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Previous experience within Conference & Banqueting, Events, Restaurant or Hotel Food & Beverage service would be advantageous
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, friendly and professional approach
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
- A flexible team player who enjoys working collaboratively to deliver outstanding events
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within a luxury hospitality environment
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays in line with business needs.
