Development Chemist – SPF Specialist – Wiltshire – £40,000–£50,000 (AE881008)

Join a dynamic R&D team and play a key role in developing innovative SPF products for global markets. This is an onsite role with scope for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and develop SPF and suncare products to meet customer briefs
- Support scale-up from lab to factory, ensuring smooth production runs
- Collaborate with commercial teams and present technical insights to customers
- Work closely with suppliers and stay ahead of regulatory changes
- Mentor and guide junior team members in SPF formulation
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with global standards
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in cosmetic science or related discipline
- Strong science background with experience in SPF formulation
- Knowledge of SPF regulations and testing protocols
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
