Competitive  overtime  travel paid We are recruiting for an experienced Foot Mobile Engineer to join our facilities management team, covering a portfolio of commercial buildings across Central London . This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working across multiple sites without the need for a vehicle.

The Role As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a number of commercial properties, travelling between sites on foot and via public transport.

Key Responsibilities Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks Fault-finding and repairs on building services (electrical or multi-skilled depending on background) Complete minor installation and remedial works Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with statutory regulations Accurately complete job sheets, reports, and compliance documentation Liaise professionally with clients, building managers, and colleagues Participate in call-out rota if required What We're Looking For Recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds preferred) 18th Edition (if electrically biased) Experience in commercial building maintenance Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently across multiple sites Good communication and customer-facing skills Comfortable working in a foot mobile role across Central London What's on Offer Competitive salary package Overtime and call-out opportunities Travel expenses covered (Oyster card / travel allowance provided) Tools, uniform, and PPE supplied Training and career development opportunities Long-term, stable role within a reputable FM organisation
