Role Overview You will join a domestic heating maintenance team, carrying out servicing, breakdowns and repairs on gas central heating systems within residential properties. The role requires strong diagnostic skills, the ability to work independently, and a high standard of compliance with current legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair domestic gas heating systems and appliances Complete servicing, maintenance and reactive call-outs Ensure work is carried out safely, professionally and to regulatory standards Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients Maintain accurate job records and compliance documentation

Required Qualifications & Experience ACS Domestic Gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1 Energy Efficiency qualification (or willing to obtain) Asbestos Awareness certificate (training can be provided) Full UK driving licence Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Minimum 5 years experience preferred but not essential Proven experience diagnosing faults on domestic gas heating systems Desirable Previous social housing or domestic repair experience Additional gas or renewable qualifications Strong first-time fix rate
