Apprentice Electrician

About your role

Your mission is to help us mend it by diving head first into the world of electrical installation & maintenance. As an Apprentice Electrician you will learn and master the skills required to become a fully qualified Domestic Electrician.

This is a hands‑on apprenticeship – you’ll work on actual home installations, learn by doing, and progress towards a full qualification while earning a competitive wage.

• Four GCSEs (including Maths & English, grade C/4 or above) or an equivalent qualification.
• A genuine passion for learning a trade and striving for a successful career while working to the highest safety standards.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Availability to attend a training course, with provided accommodation and travel where required (training hosted by Trade Skills 4U in England).
• A customer‑first mindset – listening to, understanding, and offering energy‑saving solutions that make a real difference in customers’ homes.

• Starting salary of £18,564, with progression to £41,389 after the full programme and after‑care support, plus bonuses and add‑ons.
• London Weighting Allowance ranging from £4,160 to £6,240 (based on location) for those starting or working in London.
• An expensed electric van for work, including an EV charge point where applicable and a charge card.

We plan extensive recruitment throughout 2026 across many locations. Start dates will be location‑dependent. Selected applicants will be contacted accordingly; the decision process may occur later in 2026. All applicants will be informed of their application outcome.
