Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (Saturdays on rota)

The Opportunity

Regional Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join a dealership-based workshop in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified technician with experience in modern diagnostics and repair systems to join a professional and well-equipped environment.

You will be using both manufacturer and personal tools to carry out servicing, diagnostics and mechanical repairs to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out diagnostics, servicing and mechanical repairs on a wide range of vehicles.

• Perform comprehensive vehicle health checks and report findings to the Service Advisor.

• Work in line with manufacturer service and repair standards.

• Complete job cards and service documentation accurately.

• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with the workshop team to maintain efficiency and productivity.

Essential Skills & Experience

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent qualification).

• Proven experience in routine servicing and mechanical repairs.

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.

• Ability to work to manufacturer standards.

Desirable

• MOT Tester certification (Class
4).

• Manufacturer-specific training.
