Vehicle Technician Coleford, Gloucestershire Full-Time | Permanent | OTE up to £37,000 We are working in partnership with a well-established and friendly dealership in Coleford, Gloucestershire who, due to increased demand, are looking to appoint an experienced and qualified Vehicle Technician to join their growing workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys working across a varied range of vehicles in a supportive, professional environment.

The Role As a Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, repairs, and diagnostic work to a high standard while working efficiently within agreed time frames. You will play a key role in ensuring vehicles leave the workshop safe, compliant, and performing at their best.

Key Responsibilities Carry out diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles Perform electrical and fault-finding work using modern diagnostic equipment Ensure all work is completed to company and industry standards Work efficiently to meet deadlines and productivity targets Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment Adhere to all health and safety procedures

What Were Looking For NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds / IMI (or equivalent experience) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Proven experience working in a garage or dealership environment Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability Full UK Driving Licence A professional attitude with pride in delivering high-quality workmanship Whats On Offer Full-time, permanent position Competitive salary (negotiable depending on experience) On Target Earnings up to £37,000 Workplace pension scheme Supportive and friendly team environment
