The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Hot Tub Engineer to join a growing and reputable business specialising in the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of hot tubs, swim spas and associated leisure products.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer with strong fault-finding skills who enjoys working independently and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation and commissioning of hot tubs and swim spas.
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and routine servicing.
* Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical and plumbing faults.
* Testing pumps, heaters, control systems, circulation systems and filtration equipment.
* Water testing and chemical balancing where required.
* Completing breakdown repairs and emergency call-outs.
* Providing customers with operational guidance and product demonstrations.
* Maintaining accurate service records and job reports.
* Managing van stock and ensuring tools and equipment are maintained.
* Adhering to all health and safety procedures whilst working on customer sites.
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience working on hot tubs, swimming pools, spas or similar leisure equipment preferred.
* Electrical fault-finding experience highly desirable.
* Plumbing and mechanical maintenance experience.
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence essential.
* Experience using hand and power tools.
Desirable Qualifications
* Electrical qualifications (18th Edition, Level 2/3 Electrical Installation or similar).
* Plumbing qualifications.
* Pool Plant Operator qualification.
* Water Hygiene or Legionella awareness training.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
40 hours per week
Occasional weekend work and call-out rota may be required.
