Electrical Fitter

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment. This includes interpreting technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and adherence to safety standards. The Electrical Fitter will also diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, perform routine inspections, and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality of electrical systems.

• Assemble, install, and maintain electrical systems and equipment according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate installation and troubleshooting.
• Test electrical systems and components to identify and repair faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of electrical systems.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent.

• Proven experience as an Electrical Fitter or similar role.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid electrical license or certification preferred.
