Heat Pump Engineer

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and reactive repairs on commercial heat pump systems
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults across a range of heating and cooling equipment
• Commission new commercial heat pump installations and system upgrades
• Provide technical support and recommendations to customers regarding system performance and efficiency improvements
• Complete service reports, maintenance documentation, and compliance paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with F‑Gas regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and health & safety requirements

• £50,000 ‑ £60,000 per annum

• Previous experience working on commercial heat pump systems
• Strong fault‑finding skills across refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems
• F‑Gas qualification
• Experience commissioning and servicing commercial heating and cooling equipment
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent customer‑facing and communication skills
