We're working with a well-established refrigeration business based in Leicester who are looking to bring in an experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer to join their growing team.

This is a mobile role covering commercial and industrial refrigeration environments across Leicester and the wider Midlands region. The position offers a strong mix of service, maintenance and breakdown work, with excellent overtime opportunities available for engineers looking to maximise their earnings.

About the role

You'll be working across:

Commercial refrigeration systems

Industrial refrigeration systems

Service, maintenance and reactive breakdown support

Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

Fault-finding and diagnostic work

Customer sites across Leicester and the Midlands

This is a hands-on engineering role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently and delivering high standards of service to customers.

About you

Experience with in commercial refrigeration (essential)

Industrial refrigeration experience advantageous

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload

Professional approach when attending customer sites

Essential

F-Gas Qualification

Full UK Driving Licence

Proven experience within commercial refrigeration

Experience servicing, maintaining and fault-finding refrigeration systems

Ability to work independently on breakdowns and planned maintenance

Highly Desirable

Industrial refrigeration experience

Experience working on cold rooms, refrigeration plant and associated equipment
