Multi-skill Trades - Groundsworker

Platform Property Care has a great opportunity for a Multi Skill Trades Grounds worker to help us maintain and improve our customers' homes in Leicester and the surrounding area. As part of our talented team, you will have the skills to install and repair drainage, layslabbing and brickwork, and install and repair fencing. Above all we need you to be friendly, approachable, and focused on getting it right the first time for our customers.

You will have a passion for detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.

• Basic salary of £31,419 per annum
• 25 days holiday plus the opportunity to buy additional 5 days leave

• Experience in Social Housing maintenance
• Understanding of providing service and delivering responsive repairs
• Multi Trades skills
• Maintenance refurbishment experience
• Good all-round external grounds work and building skills
• Team skills but can work independently at times
• A full UK driving licence
• As you will be working in customer's homes you will need a Basic DBS check

This role covers Leicester and Northwest Leicestershire, so you will need to live in the area.
