Air Conditioning Engineer – Leicester
Up to £50,000 + Door-to-Door Travel Pay. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering strong earning potential, paid door-to-door travel, and overtime at enhanced rates.
The Role- Service, maintenance and repair of AHUs, chillers, split and DX systems
- Reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Fault finding, diagnostics and leak repairs
- Working alongside electrical and BMS teams
- Maintaining accurate F‑Gas records and compliance
- Occasional nationwide travel and overnight stays
- Participation in an on‑call rota due to the critical nature of sites
- City & Guilds Level 2 in F Gas and ODS Regulations (Category
1) (2079) - Full UK driving licence
- Experience with in medical or healthcare environments is beneficial but not essential
The successful Air Conditioning Engineer will earn up to £50,000, depending on experience, plus door-to-door travel pay, a company van (air‑conditioned and available for personal use), and overtime (1.5x Mon‑Sat, 2x Sun & BH).
