Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Fielding reactive repair call–outs and performing preventative maintenance.
• Maintain safe and secure work environments in line with Company Policy and procedures whilst also ensuring client confidentiality is maintained.
• Provide excellent client installation to exceed the expectations and requirements of both internal and external clients.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.

• Experience working with TECS, Fire, Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control Systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimum supervision.
• Strong ability to prioritise workload and anticipate the needs of the client.
• Problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
• Experience and certification with leading integrated Fire & Security systems, with an understanding of networking.
• Hold a valid ECS / CSCS card to enable site work, preferred but not essential.
• Hold an IPAF & PASMA certificate/card preferred, but not essential.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
