Enjoy an ongoing, self‑employed role, working for a respected and well‑established Social Housing Contractor. This Multi‑Trade Operative role offers an initial 6‑month contract with the chance of extended works.

You’ll be working for a major Social Housing Contractor in the Leicester area, known for providing long‑term opportunities and a strong team environment. This is an organisation where you’ll be valued for your contribution and given stability in your role as a Multi‑Trade Operative.

I would love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Multi‑Skill Operative or in a similar construction‑related role.

• Carrying out basic general Carpentry, Plumbing, Patch Plastering and painting tasks
• Performing heavy lifting duties
• Working on Bathroom and Kitchen Projects in both tenanted and void properties

• Previous multi‑trading experience within the social housing sector
• Basic DBS
• Their own van
• The ability to commute to and from site reliably

• Weekly pay (CIS payments available)
• Long‑term work
• Fuel allowance (£10 - £15 per day)

This role is offering £22 - £23 per hour.

Based in Leicester, this role requires you to have your own van, due to being at one – two properties per day.
