Build Recruitment is seeking a skilled Carpenter / Multi-Trade Operative for social housing maintenance in South London. You will perform carpentry tasks, fire door maintenance, locksmithing, glazing, tiling, plastering and basic plumbing while delivering high-quality workmanship in occupied properties.
The role requires NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds in Carpentry, experience in fire door work and a strong multi-trade background. A full UK driving license is preferred and a CSCS card is desirable.
