Overview
Electrician - Leicestershire LE18 – £39,000 per annum.
Location:
Leicestershire LE18.
Shifts:
Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30.
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician or Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building maintenance provider at a large site in Leicestershire LE18. You'll be part of a skilled engineering team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across electrical systems within a modern commercial environment.
Responsibilities- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and building services equipment.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Fault-finding and remedial repairs on lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, and control systems.
- Work alongside mechanical and building services teams as part of a multi-skilled maintenance operation.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation.
- City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installations / Engineering.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
- Proven experience in a commercial building maintenance environment.
- Excellent fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Up to £39,000 per annum
