Dorchester Search & Selection is seeking a Hands-on Electrical Supervisor to lead a team of six in a heavy engineering environment. This on-site role covers day shifts, with the team operating across three rotating maintenance and installation shifts; you will spend roughly 60% in the office and 40% hands-on supervising the crew.
You will diagnose and repair 400V and 24V control systems, read electrical drawings, and ensure work meets the highest safety standards.
