Air Conditioning Installation Engineer

Company based in Leicester; all local work; no call out.

£35k‑£45k per annum plus package.

• 3 years of A/C installation experience (or more)
• Desire to develop and grow skills
• Positive, can‑do attitude
• F‑gas Cat 1 qualification
• Live within 30‑40 minutes of Leicestershire
• Driving licence (max. 6 points)
• Clean DBS

• CSCS certificate
• iPaf certificate
• Pasma certificate

• Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm with 30‑minute lunch
• 42.5‑hour week; 80 % of the time on lunch break at home by 5 pm
• 99.2 % of customers within Leicestershire (≤ 30 min travel)
• Engineers drive from own vehicles and have dedicated van provided for the day
• No on‑call rotas, no out‑of‑hours calls
• No work in London or outside the East Midlands

• £35k‑£45k p.a. (dependent on experience & qualifications)
• Xmas bonus in cash (last year £1,400)
• 1.5× rate for overtime (Saturday)
• 28 days paid holiday, including bank holidays
• Company nights out fully paid (bowling, darts, karting, beer, food etc.)
• Full uniform and work boots or shoes
• Free hot drinks, water and snacks at office
