Fire and Security Install Engineer - £40k | Door-to-Door Travel | No Call-Out

Location of Works: Leicester & Surrounding Areas (Projects across Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, with occasional travel to Norwich, Telford & Birmingham)

Salary Bracket: £35,000 - £40,000 per year (DOE)

On-Target Earnings (OTE): £45,000+ with Overtime

We are partnered with a well-established and growing Fire & Security company with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality fire alarm installations across commercial and residential projects. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit a Fire-biased Install Engineer to join their experienced installation team. The majority of work is based across the Midlands, offering engineers excellent earning potential and a healthy work-life balance.

• £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary (DOE)
• OTE of £45,000+ with overtime
• Company van provided (personal use available)
• Door-to-door travel paid
• Overtime available as required
• Time and a half after 8 hours
• Double time on Saturdays and Sundays
• No call-out rota
• 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Holiday entitlement increases by 1 day per year (up to 25 days)

• Install fire alarm systems across commercial and domestic sites
• Carry out occasional installation of security systems
• Work with leading manufacturers including Advanced, Kentec and Morley
• Assist with basic commissioning when required
• Ensure all installations comply with current industry standards and regulations
• Work independently and as part of an installation team
• Complete work to a consistently high standard while maintaining excellent customer service

• Proven experience installing fire alarm systems
• Fire-biased Engineer or Fire-only Engineer considered
• Experience with Advanced, Kentec and/or Morley systems
• Security installation experience beneficial but not essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Based in or around Leicester or happy to travel across the Midlands
• Eager to learn and develop additional skills
