10 Recruitment are on the lookout for an experienced Installation Electrician with a strong background in automation systems to join a busy and forward-thinking engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across multiple industries including automotive, aerospace, and logistics, delivering cutting-edge control system solutions.

The Role of an Installation Electrician:

You will be responsible for the installation and wiring of control systems at customer sites and in-house, with occasional support for control panel builds when installation work is not active. The work will require some travel, occasional weekend work, and overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities of an Installation Electrician:

• Install control panels, mains distribution, 24V DC systems, communication cables, cable containment, motors, sensors, and remote I/O nodes.
• Terminate field cables within control panels and ensure accurate installation.
• Support panel wiring activities in the workshop during non-installation periods.
• Read and work from CAD electrical drawings.
